Staff che non ci ha dato nessuna informazione utile al check in ,ad esempio i braccialetti per la colazione che poi ci sono stati chiesti al secondo giorno in sala colazione mentre al primo nessuno ci ha detto nulla. Il wifi indecente a pagamento nel 2024 ,nemmeno questo era stato indicato . Colazione pessima , prima delle 9 il buffet era già vuoto. Un solo ascensore usato sia dagli ospiti che dal personale con gli ospiti che si arrabbiavano. I ragazzi del bar sono stati gli unici sorridenti e gentili. Invece il ragazzo che " lavora" come Receptionist al check out non ha nemmeno avuto l'educazione di salutare , tutto si è limitato a prendere in mano la chiave con noi che gli abbiamo detto " facciamo il check out". Mancano le basi dell'accoglienza, si chiama Reception non solo per ricevere i soldi ma per salutare i clienti in primis.
